What Will You Do With Jesus?

Matthew 27:15-22

When Jesus died on Calvary’s cross, He tasted death for every man (Heb. 2:9). However, not "every man" will accept Him in obedient faith. We all must choose to obey Him or reject Him. You must decide what you will do with Jesus.

Pilate tried to ignore Jesus.

A. He found "no fault" in Him.

B. He said he was "innocent of the blood of this just person" … but he was not.

C. Many today believe they too are innocent and try to avoid the whole issue of Jesus … but they can not.

D. You cannot ignore Him, but you can neglect Him.

The Jews decided to crucify Him.

E. The Jewish leaders were jealous of Jesus and thought He was a blasphemer.

F. Would people (even Christian people) today crucify Jesus again?

What will you do with Jesus?

G. Many of the Jews repented of their awful deed and were converted to Christ (Acts 2:14-17, 22-24, 36-42, 47).

H. Have you obeyed the gospel of Christ? Have you been added to His Church?

What will you do without Jesus? He wants to be your Savior and best friend. One day He will be your judge. Get ready to meet Him now!
