Called To Be Saints

Luke 4:14-21

What would you do if you were in charge of the world? Jesus gives His answer in Luke 4 – help the poor, the captives, the blind, and the oppressed. That includes you and me.

We are called to be saints. (Rom. 1:7)

A. We are set apart and made holy.

B. It is not a natural occurrence.

C. We must do our part and God will do His part.

There is a message of Good News

D. We have hope for a better tomorrow.

E. There is a peace that passes all understanding.

F. You can be born again and have new life! (Rom. 6:1-4)

What is it like?

G. Are we perfectly sinless?

H. Our Master is Jesus! (Rom. 6:12-14)

I. His blood cleanses us from all sin! (I Jn. 1:7-9)

God’s grace has made it possible for you to be saved, sanctified, and satisfied. You can have this new life today if you will trust and obey.
