At Coal Run, we support a number of Christian missions. To the right is a listing of those that we regularly support. Click on any of the names in blue to learn more about that mission.

Coal Run Missions

The Coal Run Church of Christ actively supports the spreading of the Gospel of Christ. Whether it be by going on short-term mission work trips, sending monthly financial support, participating in special projects for missions, or sending special gifts such as our V.B.S. offering to various mission efforts, we are involved in world evangelism. Below is a listing of the missions we support on a monthly basis:

VA/WV Evangelism – Harold Goins

Preaching Christ – Ed Bousman

International Disaster Emergency Services – disaster relief worldwide

Mountain Mission School – a home, school, and church for children in need

Helping Our Poor Exist (H.O.P.E.) – benevolent ministry to people in our community

Workers For Mexico – churches and ministers in northern Mexico

Mexican Evangelism Now – churches and ministers in central Mexico

Jamaican Christian Mission – churches in Jamaica

Roger and Candy Durban – teachers at Sonlight Christian Academy in Haiti

Church of Christ Youth Camp – our area church camp at Vansant, VA
