The Real Miracle

Matthew 14:13-22

We are all filled with wonder at the miraculous signs which Jesus did during His earthly ministry. We wonder how He did them and how can they be explained? After all, witnessing miracles just isn’t a part of our life’s experience. Or is it?

Consider the process of a new baby formed in the womb.

A. About nine months from fertilization to birth --- what happens in those nine months is amazing!

B. Psalm 139:13-17

Consider the body of Christ--- the church.

C. Many human "cells" knit together in one body --- loyal to one head (Christ)

D. I Cor. 12:12-13, 18-27

E. The "miracle" of love.

Consider every new-born Christian.

F. Eternal life --- beyond the natural.

G. A "dirty" sinner can be "cleaned up" by the blood of Christ at baptism.

Can any miracle top what God can do for the vilest sinner? If you are still in sin, allow God to wash you clean in the blood of His Son Jesus!
